Will it sound like a robot?
It is an AI voice, and we say so if a caller asks. It speaks plainly, stays on your script and hands off to you when it should. You hear it before it goes live.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It takes a message and flags it to you rather than guessing. You decide what it may quote and what it must pass to a person.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Callers keep dialling your number; unanswered or after-hours calls are forwarded to your receptionist.
What does it cost, exactly?

Are calls recorded?
